Have I mentioned it’s available now?Threshold is my tenth novel and, according to the critics, my best. I happen to agree with them, but it’s kind of my job to tout every new novel as being my best. So don’t listen to me. But listen to the fans and critics who have already read the book. The review quotes below are followed by the book description and links to buy it.
PRAISE FOR THRESHOLD:
“In Robinson’s wildly inventive third Chess Team adventure (after Instinct), the U.S. president, Tom Duncan, joins the team in mortal combat against an unlikely but irresistible gang of enemies, including “regenerating capybara, Hydras, Neanderthals, [and] giant rock monsters.” …Video game on a page? Absolutely. Fast, furious unabashed fun? You bet.”

DESCRIPTION:
After a terrorist attack on a reservation in Oregon leaves thousands dead, Jack Sigler, call sign King and his Chess Team-Queen, Rook, Bishop and Knight-must protect the only survivor, thirteen year-old Fiona Lane. When a death in the family pulls King away, and the rest of the team is sent on a mission, Fort Bragg is attacked by a strange and overwhelming force. When the dust settles, Fiona is gone.
But the attack is part of a larger offensive. Around the world the last speakers of ancient languages are being systematically exterminated. As they fight to find the mastermind behind the killings, and Fiona, the team is hunted by strange creatures that defy explanation-living statues, genetically modified monsters and walking megaliths-sent by an enemy from their past. If not stopped, he will be able to remake himself, and the world.
Calling on help from old friends and ancient heroes, the team fights their most desperate battle yet, not just to save the world as we know it, but to rescue a little girl who wants nothing more than to call King Dad.
An ancient tower holds the key to unlocking a horrifying secret hidden within mankind’s most antiquated languages. If unlocked, the world as we know it will cease to exist.
Jeremy Robinson’s third book in the Jack Sigler series is a rocket-powered thriller, combining high adrenaline action, smart science, ancient legends, and stunning locations.
BUY THE BOOK:
Threshold is available everywhere books are sold! If for some reason you can’t find it at your local store, make sure to ream out the manager and make them order it.
You can also buy it online, here:
Thanks so much for checking out the book. If you enjoy it, be sure to post a review on Amazon and B&N. Every one helps.
Along those lines, while my publisher has signed me for two more novels, SECONDWORLD and ISLAND 731, they are not Jack Sigler/Chess Team books! If you want more CT action in hardcover, spread the word (forward this post to everyone you know!) and make this sucker a best seller.

Just finished reading “Threshold”. Must say I loved it! It was all that I hoped and more! I truly enjoy reading the Chess Team books (well all of ‘em are great). My daughter is 12 and is starting on the Chess Team series after reading Anarktos Rising and the Last Hunter, you hooked her too! Keep them coming!

threshold is a book i stumbled upon in the library two days ago. i read an average of three books a week in a variety a genres but was looking for a fun summer pool side book . what i found was much more. robinson captivated me immediately and kept me going straight to the end. my only regret is not reading his work sooner and find myself impatient to pick up his other works as soon as possible. in my excitement i rushed to recommend this to friends (many who are familiar fans already). note to self: never let my friends fail to inform me like this again. thank you jeremy robinson for sharing you wonderful imagination and talents with the world of readers.

Picked up books at the library this summer to read while on vacation. The first book I read, I won’t leave the authors or book titles name, but it was just okay. The way I feel about most fiction books these days. However the second book I read was Raising The Past, from the first several pages I was hooked. Finished it and immediately read the Didymus Contingency,Pulse and Instinct. Thanks Jeremy been a long time since I was so taken by an authors ability to take me away and have me completely engaged and moved by both the story and the characters. Will pick up Threshhold and then on to the Chess Team Novellas
Thanks for the return to fiction

Wow. That’s fantastic to hear. I’m flattered. Thrilled you’re enjoying the books, and if you enjoyed the first Chess books then I have no doubt you’ll love THRESHOLD and the Callsign books. Thanks again for the kind words. They’re appreciated. — Jeremy
